Guardianships:

There are two different guardianships available for children in Arizona. They are commonly referred to as Title 8 or Title 14 guardianships, named for the titles under which they are found in the Arizona Revised Statutes. Guardianships are used to provide legal authority of a child or children, while parental rights remain intact. We represent Guardians, parents, and children in these proceedings, and can guide you through the selection of which guardianship you need, filing all of the necessary documents, and representation at hearings.
